ichat difficulties

hey, so in the middle of an ichat video conference, the connection was suddenly severed. Now when i try to use my ichat it won't allow video. I looked under preferences audio/video for ichat and it says that my computer does not support video conferencing. Any ideas...?

Hmm this happens to me too.

Fix:

Go to Home Folder/Library/Preferences and delete anything starting with com.ichat....

Then go to the System Preferences -> Quicktime and change the streaming connection speed to something higher.
