I've had my computer for a while now, and use iChat every so often, now it just so happened that I wanted to get online to talk to someone....and iChat bounced in the dock and then quit bouncing. I ran an app to turn the executable back on with no luck. I really don't want to have to reinstall all my apps through the restore CDs. I have a legal version of AV through Panter, but since apple wants you to buy it, you can't redownload it, as I did with Safari, iTunes, etc. How can I get iChat AV working again so that I don't have to use AIM (urg)?

I figured it out, it was a stupid mistake on my part. Thanks for the input though!

Well I doubt that others would be messing around with the SystemVersion.plist file in System -> Library -> CoreServices

But if you are, don't expect iChat to work.
