iChat error while using isight

for some reason, for the past week, everytime i try to use ichat for video chatting, i get an error meesage about the other person cancelling in the invite, even though I know they didnt. Is it just my mac or is it an issue affecting anyone

I also troed to connecting to my roommates imac and still the same thing either requesting to chat or if he did vice versa. I cant even scrren share either
