iChat for MSN Messenger

I don't think so, and if there is it will be through a 3rd party app.

Not that I know of. I really like Fire though. It works on Yahoo, ICQ, MSN, irc, Jabber, and AIM. It's free and open source available at http://fire.sourceforge.net/
