ichat for windows?

hi - I'm looking for something other than AIM on my windows machine at work... Ideally I'd like apple to port iChat to Windows... but my question is - what are some good video/instant messaging applications for windows that are compatible with iChat?

very great for windows
you can even add your own ichat theme to it that other users created
it's multi-im meaning you can sign on to multiple IM networks at once (aim, msn, jabber, irc, icq, yahoo!, etc)
