iChat + Google Talk = buddy list problem

I'm trying to use iChat for Google Talk, but when one contact is always missing in iChat. Sometimes when I sign-in, I see the contact but then the contact quickly disappears. When I sign-in to Gmail, I can see that the contact is online. Any clue what the problem might be?

Have you tried restarting your computer?

This is weird because the same exact thing happened to me but rather when i was using AIM. I restarted my computer and it worked the next time I opened iChat.

Sometimes I do see the contact when the contact is offline. I guess this will just be an unsolved mystery...
