iChat has poor video quality..

I often video chat with 2-3 people at a time. The quality is great for whoever started the call, but for the other people in the chat its absolutely horrible.

Is there anything I can do do improve this? If not Apple REALLY needs to work on this..

BTW..my internet speeds are at least 40mb/s down and 25mb/s up.
