iChat Icon Behavior....

Hey, I have a quick question.

this is something that has been bothering me since I started using macs, although its not a big problem, I still want to see if I can fix it...

I use iChat to connect to AIM, and im constantly talking to different people. since I dont like a lot of clutter, I minimize all convos after I replied. Now, is there anyway I can get those minimized icons to jump or flash or do anything different when someone sends me an IM? I know the iChat icon jumps, but I want the individual convos to jump from the dock. all it does is flash a small ichat logo, and I dont always notice that.

You can always set specific user actions that, for example, would speak something like "tim sent you a message." Do this under Buddies > Get Info > Actions.
