When you set a custom icon on iChat, what directory can it be found in?
I want the file for the picture I have as my icon.

I've looked for a good 15 minutes in all sorts of folders. Library folders, App Support folders, iChat pack contents and even through some hidden system films. No luck!

In short, in what directory or cache can I find the file for my iChat icon?

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried...
Users > (Your Comps Name) > Library > Caches > com.apple.iChat ?

Lots of iChat icons find there way in there. Including my own ones.. Its the only one I know of anyway.

As a last thing before giving up, you might want to check the contents of the actual application file. It almost certainly isn't there, but you never know... ;)

Yes! That's the directory I was looking for, unfortunately, it only has the resized versions. When I click the icon I can maniuplate it to change the size, zoom or whatever. So the full image must exit somewhere and that's what I was really lookin' for, but the little one works too. Thanks :D

Yeah, I checked there before I posted. And naturally it wasn't in there.
Thanks though.
