iChat in Tiger...problem with alignment?

I'm not sure, since i am an Adium user, but is iChat supposed to look like this (in 10.4):

(Notice alignment of "Available" and the green bubble icon...also, the phone icon looks kind of odd)

Above Available, mine displays my screen name, or my name as referenced from my screen name in my address book.

Re: phone icon. It's a multiple icon showing that you can start a many way audio chat.

mine looks like attatched. the phone icon is different, becuase you can now have more than one person in a chat it has more than one little phone tile.
