iChat & iSight issue, video stays black (iSight works everywhere else)

I have a weird problem with iChat on OSX.3 (latest revision). When I hook up my iSight (latest Firmware) the video window will just show a black square. The iSight works fine in all other Apps but iChat and my Mac meets the specs, Powerbook G3 900MHz (upgraded). I tried iChatUSBCam, the Firewire Webcam Driver from IOXperts, no luck, iChat just shows me a black picture. Any ideas?
