iChat issue

I dunno if its already been posted...I did do a search for it and I came up with lots of ichat error posts but I didnt see any like mine...then again it was soo many posts it was too many to look through...

my issue is I have a black macbook and in ichatI have the video conference icon like I can do 3-way conferencing and I have several buddies that have it online too...but when I host a video chat with 1 of them my plus sign to add others is grey and I can't do it.. I apologize if this has already been posted...please help thanks

I believe the other people in your party must have ichat as well - if you want to go more than one on one.

If you don't have enough bandwidth - it seems to lock out this feature as well.
