iChat - Keeping it "on top"

Hi all,

Perhaps "on top" isn't the correct term but is there a way to keep my video chat on top/foreground?

Usually when I'm have a video chat, I need to also look up websites, change iTunes, use other apps, etc. I'd like to keep it where it is and visible to me as I go through other apps.
