iChat logs me in and out really quickly...

So my PC is logged into AIM, and then i try to log in with iChat on my mac, and it will go from Available to Offline and back and forth really quickly, until i get the error that i've tried to log in too many times in a short amount of time. Now i tried to log in without the PC on AIM, and same thing happens. Anyone have this and know of a solution?

Just tried Adium, and it works fine, only iChat that freeks out when trying to sign on.

Anyone? Also, it is only on my own network, i'm in another building now, and it works fine.

It was happening to me up until a few minutes ago, try changing the port to 443. It's under ichat>preferences>accounts>server settings

Or you could try deleting the preferences to see if something has gone astray in there?
Then when you re-start iChat it will ask you for your user name and password again.
