Hi,
I searched but could not find anything about this. Apologizes if I missed something. I'm a long-time Adium user because I enjoy its built-in use of OTR (encryption). However, with all of iChat's new features, I'm tempted away from Adium. I nosed around iChat's preferences pain to see if they had added any kind of encryption options. I noticed this link which basically states that you can encrypt your chats / voice / video if both parties hare full (trial doesn't work) .Mac members. Argh!
Is this a new feature in Leopard? Or has it been around the whole time? Has anyone used it that can attest to whether it works well?
I'd really like to switch to iChat, but considering I use MASSIVE open wireless networks, I really prefer that my chats are encrypted. I really don't want to pay for a full .Mac subscription just for this, and I doubt the people I chat with will have it either.
