iChat name mentioned is chat: color

Hi,

We use a Jabber chat in the office. Obviously I don't read it constantly and it moves a lot. So is there any way to highlight my name when someone mentions me?
At the moment my full name is highlighted but... in white on white background. Possible to change the colour?
