iChat Problems

I have tried to make an iChat account multiple time, and every time I login, it say's it's an invalid password.
Help please!
Can somebody show me the steps to make one?

You need either a AIM account (sign up here http://chat.aim.com/) or a .mac or .me account (don't know which one, don't use it) You don't need to use the AIM web site for anything but to sign up and get the screen name and create a password then go to iChat>Preferences>Accounts and set up a new account using AIM
