iChat Profile making question

Is there a way to put links in your iChat profile? I don't mean the full url either, i mean have it hyperlinked like you can do in regular AIM.
I think I tried the a href html tags and it didn't work.

Over two years later, but now, using Leopard and iChat 4.0, I ask the same question...How the hell do you get links (hyperlinked) in your profile?

Can we at least get a confirmation that, no, there is no way to get this to work?

yes, yes you can

type what you want when editing your profile and then highlight it....while highlighted go to edit and Add Hyperlink...
type in the link URL and your set. as far as i know this has been there since leopard but hope that helps anyone now wondering if they can do it.
