Ichat Questions...Please help me out

Ok I have a few ichat questions:

Does screen sharing only work on iChat on Leopard?

Does video and screensharing only work with other mac users or with people with PCs as well?

i'm not sure about the video part

but i am pretty sure that screen sharring only works in lepoard because it is updated in leapord
