I wanna know where the iChat sounds are held, if anywhere. Like the message sent, message recieved, all those sounds. I have been looking everywhere, and have been unable to find them. Do they exist as a seperate "entity" or are they embedded into the application or what? Thanks.

They're hidden inside the iChat application.
Right click on the iChat icon from the Finder, select "Show Package Contents" from the contextual menu, in the new window that pops up double click on "Resources". The sound files are in this folder.

Wow, I didn't know you could do that from applications. Thanks a lot.

I love Macs even more now. This will keep me occupied for days. :D :D :D :apple: :apple: :apple:
