iChat sounds

Ive lost all my sounds in iChat. Not that its a big deal but its hard to work and chat at the smae time when you dont know when you get a message. Does anyone know what would have caused it or how to get them back?

my guess would be to go ichat in the menu bar then preferences then alerts?? if that doesnt help then i dont know

Ive checked the preferences. Theyre all set fine. The sounds were working this morning then they just stopped.

I just checked my system preferences and none of my alert sounds are playing. So Im sure that has something to do with it. Im hoping rebooting the computer will help.
