ichat status menu (where's invisible option?)

why isn't the invisible mode featured in the menu bar ichat status options?
it's only in the ichat application status menu itself.

and is there a way of logging in invisible?

Here is the Invisible Option, but I am not exactly sure how to log in as invisible (there may be a way in preferences, I'll take a look for you in there).

no i don't mean that, i know it's there and also in the ichat application window/ bar itself.

what i mean is the menubar speechbubble (in preferences "show status in menubar"). that speech bubble is there even if ichat isn't running and it lets you start ichat in the desired status. however invisibility is missing there.
