iChat to iChat Video Conference Problems

I'm on a brand new MacBook Pro. I'm trying to have a Video Conference with a friend using a MacBook (rev2). While initiating the video chat, it hangs and gives me this error message:

"There was a Communication Error during your chat.

iChat Encountered errors while communicating with participants in this chat. You can send details about the problem to Apple to hep improve future versions of iChat."

All Software is up to date.

Any help?

Try restarting the computer? This is a very common problem for some reason. Make sure there is no firewalls blocking one you out.
