iChat Troubleshooting

The story goes: I was trying to contact my cousin via iChat, when we decided to try a video chat. Upon either one of us trying to approve of the others invitation, there was a communication error during your chat after that i could either send a log to apple of the failure or not send it.

What is weird though, is that a week or two ago I did video chat successfully with him, but that was before the 10.5.6 update. So I'm wondering if I should downgrade to 10.5.5? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the problem before and I finally took it into to an Apple Store and had it looked at. It worked the first time he tried it there. He figured it had to do with my network at home.
