iChat video conference freezing-help

Hi, anytime I try to video chat on iChat it works fine for about 30 seconds then it gets all pixely and hard to see the other person. Any ideas to why this is happening or anyway I can fix this?

Does this only happen with the same person? Usually bandwidth issues affect the quality of video conferencing - if the other person has a poor upload speed then this will affect the quality being transmitted.
