I'm getting ready to leave on a business trip and would like to use iChat to chat/video with my wife. She has a Macbook Pro, I have the new Air.

We can text through iChat no problem. However, I CANNOT start a video chat with her because the video icon is grayed out when I select her from my "buddies". She can start a video conference with me no problem, the button isn't grayed out.

If she starts the conference, all is great. For some reason, I can't get the video button to become active on my iChat.

I've checked Video>Camera Enabled <== checked
I've checked View>Show Video Status <== checked

Any ideas? Thanks a bunch. Skpe doesn't work either.
