My friend tells me I am really blurry videochatting over iChat. Nobody else complains about this but this one person. I asked her to go to speedtest.net. Her upload speed was one third of mine and her download speed was over ten times slower than mine. She comes in blurry on my end too. She is also not using a Mac.

With the provided statistics, is it logical to assume that the blurriness problems are on her end and has nothing to do with me?

Most likely is bandwidth problems. Snow Leopard promises to fix that though. Thank God. :):apple::apple:

But since it was only this one person who is not on a Mac, and had a noticeably slower internet connection, do you think it's most likely her problem, not mine?

Well, like I said, iChat in Leopard requires a lot more bandwidth than it will. So both of your connections should be able to handle it better when Snow Leopard comes out. Of course, it's more of her problem than yours.
