iChat Videochat Help

When I videochat with a friend in iChat, it connects okay but the shot of me never minimizes... the view of me stays full-window and I can't see my buddy. I can hear him and he can hear and see me.

This only happens on my Mac Pro so I know it isn't internet related?

Any suggestions? Solutions?
