iChat with hotmail account

I have a friend who just purchased a macbook and since they live a fair distance away I was hoping to help them out with the screen sharing ability of iChat. Now they have a hotmail account and I was wondering if it was possible to us that email account in iChat. I use gmail and it works fine for me since I know iChat has the google talk feature...but I don't understand the Jabber feature and wasn't sure if hotmail was considered Jabber. Any help would be great!!

If we where able to put our Hotmail account into iChat our world would be nicer...

No it can't be done... He can set up a Gmail account like you and you will be able to communicate!
