No neither unfortunatly... as far as I know... but you might be able to route them through a Jabber Account??
Really... you should check out AdiumX... it will support pretty much any kind of chat that you can throw at it... the only downside is that it doesn't do Video.. but hey.. I have MobileMe/AOL so I use iChat.... it's your loss..

Adium has MeBeam integration via a plugin now, so it does do video. People seem to have mixed results with it though.
