Anyone else use an AT&T case on your Verizon? It wont do any long term damage to the vibrate switch will it?

I orered it from eBay and it ended up being the one for AT&T and there vibrate button is placed a little bit higher than the iPhone 4s

Yes, but that's on the 4, not the 4S, which means you bought a case for the AT&T iPhone 4.
