The cleaning side I do once a week, maybe. Depends on how much I've used it. Cleaning the application cache speeds things up no end, like facebook and the 500px / ISO500 apps that I use.

data migrator; on
iPhone 4 - Do what you please though. I've turned off what I know I don't use. The partition and migrator ones I've just left on. Can't see them using any RAM during normal use surely so I've left it on. Unless someone can correct me.
