If everything is stored on your icloud, wouldn't that be bad for all these data caps with service providers? And what happens when I want something from the cloud and my service is SUPER SLOW. Ahem.. ATT. I had times where I had frull 3G signal, but gettting like 20-30k/sec. I'll be waiting forever to get something.

Majority of the iCloud stuff is done through WiFi, so there's no need to worry about the caps. Also the OTA updates are delta updates meaning they only download the files that have changed rather than the whole OS like it used to do.
