iCloud account on iPhone is grayed out - how to change?

At iCloud dot com NO devices are setup with the account shown on the iPhone iCloud account. In fact have never used iCloud, just set it up and had a look see.

Suggestions appreciated!

Can you attach a screenshot?

Your screen shot looks to me like it's locked to that iCloud account, and would unlock with the right password for that account. When you went to iCloud.com and looked for devices, I assume you actually logged in there with the account and password shown in your screenshot. If that's true, meaning you know the iCloud account and password, then as already suggested, you should call Apple support.

Thanks Kansas Kid-
When logged into:
appleid.apple.com/account/manage
NO devices are showing

Same is true when logged into iCloud

Guess I should make a trip to the Genius Bar

That seems to have solved the issue.
