iCloud activation bypass

Hello! I just bought an iPad 2 and the activation screen is a real nuisance even after a full restore it still requires the owner's e-mail. If somebody knows a method how to bypass the screen please share. Thanks.

P.s. DoulCi servers don't work anymore; Even if some sort of factory reset exists it would be great;

Only one way, contact the seller and ask him to do it.
