Ok, here is the situation.
I updated my Mac to Catalina and when I open the photos app, it just says updating. Well I have taken several photos on my iPhone 11 Pro but they won't sync over to the Photos app. What is weird is I see them when I log into icloud.com, so I know they are going to the cloud. I just can't for the life of me figure out how to get the photos app on the mac to sync. I have had tried the following:
Turn iCloud Photos on mac Off and back on (no change)
Load a photo into the mac app to see if it pushed to icloud (it didn't)
Delete the entire library and copied my backup into the photos file location in Finder (Same results)
does anyone have any ideas!!!?
