iCloud/App Store reset

I don't use the App Store very often.
Nor do I use iCloud.

I DO have an Apple ID.

I guess I've been signed out for a while.
Tried to use the App Store and got this alert:

When I click "unlock account", I get this:

I chose "reset by email".
The email I received is providing me a link:
https://iforgot.apple.com/verify/email?key=(some random numbers)

Just wondering, before I go there...
... is "iiforgot.apple.com" a legitimate Apple site?
