I've been using iCloud Photo Library and iCloud Backup for almost 2 years. It was good.
During the past week, it uploaded the entire photo library in my phone, instead of new photos, 3 times. 52GB for 3 times for no reason.
Everyone knows that if you turn on iCloud Photo Library, the iCloud backup will not incloud photos. However, my iCloud backup size bumped up to 64GB from 11GB, which looks like my photo library is included. Also, some of the app shows weird backup size. My app A is using 2.4GB in usage, but showing 7.8GB as iCloud Backup.
I had a phone call session with AppleCare iCloud team yesterday, they said will get back to me in 2 business days.
My phone is 7 Plus and on iOS 10.3.1. Anyone got the same issue?
