iCloud backup not working

Hi there hopefully someone can help. I had run out of space on my iCloud so I decided to upgrade to the 50GB storage plan.

Problem is evertime I try to backup my iPhone now it keeps saying that "some files were unavailable during the last backup" and shows the previous date a backup was done.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I had this problem (along with my backup getting stuck). You can try force rebooting, closing all open apps, turning the iCloud backup off and back on, or deleting the most recent backup, which is likely incomplete. I did all these things so I'm not sure which one actually worked on your issue, but I would try one at a time
