iCloud Backup Now Missing

Am I missing something or has this been removed.

I know in the past if I wanted to backup my device I could go in and force a backup now....... that option has seemed to of went away or am I missing something

Under Settings - iCloud, there should be a toggle to turn on and off "Backup". When you tap on the icon, it has a "back up now" button you can tap to force a backup.

Man... to me they dropped the ball on a ton of stuff in iOS 8
