iPad iCloud backup problems?

I had an iPad 2 jailbroken on 5.0.1 and just got a new ipad 2 on 5.1. I restore from iCloud backup but none of my app settings are saved or camera roll. Is that fixable? Or am I just going to lose all the progress on my games and such.
