Icloud Backup wont delete, and phone wont wifi sync.

IOS 6 issue.

First issue I am having is my Icloud backup for my iPhone 4s will not delete. I have tried over and over again and keep getting the message saying the backup cant be deleted because it is in use. Any advice?

So the first issue led me to my second issue, since I did not have enough space to backup to icloud I wanted to turn on WIFI Sync, however when I plug my Iphone 5 in the computer it syncs fine, but the minute I unplug my phone it disconnects from the computer. I never had an issue with my 4s, but that was on IOS5.1. My wife's Iphone 5 does the same thing with the wifi sync.

Any advice or tricks to get these crucial items to work?

this error is also in ios 5,delete the icloud account from your iphone and then try to delete the back up from your computer.

well I just tried it for the 3rd day in a row and it finally deleted today. Now I can backup to the icloud, however wifi sync still not recognizing my phone.
