iCloud backup

Hi

I have three devices of my family using different apple id's.. everyone manage it in his way. anyway they get the message 'not enough storage on iCloud' but when i click manage nothing happens.
I already deleted their backups from the iCloud on PC/mac and there is at least 4gb left.. still cannot manage and see whats preventing it from making backup.

any suggestions ? i hate it

if someone would like to solve this bug just start iCloud backup and cancel it after few seconds then it worked for me.

i guess when you initiate backup you delete everything ;o
