it seems to work between my iPad2 and mac mini just fine, but changes don't show up on my iPhone 4S. Is this a known issue, or am I just special?

iCloud bookmark sync doesn't like my iPhone

I had the same thing happen with my iPhone 4S recently when adding Bookmarks in Safari. Not that long ago everything was working fine. The easiest fix is to turn off syncing on your iPhone and then turn it back on. When it gets turned back on, it will sync everything.
