I have iCloud sync for bookmarks enabled on my iMac and my iPhone. Yet at some point I ended up with way more bookmarks on my iPhone, I even have some duplicates where I renamed a bookmark on my computer. A lot of them are bookmarks I've cleaned up from my computer based browser but for some reason they're not going away on my iPhone. Is there a way to delete ALL bookmarks on my iPhone or force overwrite them with the cloud bookmark set?

That's really strange. What you should do is go to (on the iphone) settings>iCloud>Switch bookmarks off. Delete bookmarks from device> Switch bookmarks back on.

That should fix it all.
