With the announcement that the current explicit support for web-sites by Mobile Me won't be carrying across to iCloud, I'm kind of curious as to whether any capabilities within iCloud will allow you to emulate it.
In particular, services like Dropbox offer the ability to provide links to content that you've synced to them, and I'm wondering if iCloud offers the same; i.e - public access to chosen files or folders in your iCloud storage?
If so, what happens if you provide a link to a web-site that you've synced onto iCloud?
To me it seems like it'd be a simple matter for Apple to continue to support sites created in iWeb if they simply let you make the synced folder public and then load it when someone views it, as normal for any web-server folder with an index file, but then you never quite know with Apple
