icloud collaborative doc editing?

I use google Docs Spreadsheet to work collaboratively with other people. i really hope i can use an iwork spreadsheet now and work collaboratively with others (both open and editing the same doc at the same time)

If I were a betting man, I'd say that won't be possible. I think the intent of icloud is to sync files to multiple devices, not to allow collaborative work efforts.
