I've been using icloud.com mail in safari for a couple years without any problems. This problem has been happening for a month now. It happens randomly. I've tried resetting safari and it didn't help. I've been getting this error message. I try to open the same page on other browsers, and computers and it still doesn't work.

That looks more like your Internet connection is down than a problem with icloud.com.
When that happens can you open another tab in Safari (command-t) and access the Internet?

I can open up any other pages. Just now I tried to open iCloud, it would not load, but this page (macRumors) did.

From a couple tests I just did it looks like it works without that #mail tag at the end. Apparently you have to go to icloud.com then to the Mail section rather than directly from the URL.
