iCloud Contacts (Updated)

Hi everyone, is anyone else having an issue syncing their contacts with icloud contacts turned on with iOS16. Ive tried signing out and resigning in and nothing. They arent syncing or showing. Currently have zero contacts on my phone.

Are all your contacts from iCloud? Is it possible that they come from another email account except for your iCloud account?

Can you give a little more detail about how it was resolved? Also, hoping you reported to Apple.
