iCloud Drive and document data

I decided to upgrade to iCloud drive since documents weren't syncing with my phone running iOS 7 anyway, but since I've done that there's been 274MB of document data in my iCloud account that I can't delete. None of it shows up in the manage storage section on my mac or iPhone.

I know its a beta etc, I was just wondering if anybody else encountered this.

Now everything in iCloud drive just says 'pending', and iMovie theater gets stuck on 'uploading to iCloud'. Has anybody had this after upgrading to iCloud drive?
